Why won't Superintendent SURRENCY Simply agree to:
1. Instruct teachers to set-aside (trash) Biden’s policies that push transgender ideology?
- For instance, the Toolkit, which mandates teachers create an "inclusive" environment for children who think they are "transgender."
- So instead of these children receiving proper mental health therapy to accept their sex, teachers agree with them that they are not their birth sex, refer to them by the wrong-sex personal pronouns, etc.
- The Toolkit is named on page 13 of Biden's Executive Order 14091 February 16, 2023
2. Instruct teachers to immediately implement President Trump’s [gender] Executive Orders?
- Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government
- Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling
- By the way, if teachers were not indoctrinating children in public schools then why would President Trump have had to write Executive Orders to end it?!
3. Provide additional instruction to all those teachers who were certified to teach by trans-activists, such as Dr. Rebekah Cordova?
SURRENCY IS SILENT ON PRESIDENT TRUMP'S "GENDER" ORDERS
- At their March 4, 2025 Putnam County School Board meeting, Dr. Fair AGAIN spoke to Superintendent Surrency and the rest of the School Board about the "transgender problem" in Putnam County Public Schools (REFERENCES 1 and 2)
- Dr. Fair urged Superintendent Surrency to pro-actively comply with President Trump's 1.20.2025 EO Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government and 1.29.2025 EO Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling in which President Trump:
- Defines woman = adult human female, Girl = juvenile human female, Man = adult human male, Boy = juvenile human male.
- Itemized and cancelled all of Biden'ts EOs that force teachers in every single public school - including those here in Putnam County - to indoctrinate children into transgender ideology
- Directed the Dept. of Education to ERADICATE transgender ideology from public schools.
- Announced that those public school districts who - actively or passively - permit even 1 teacher to - directly or indirectly - promote transgender ideology to students risk losing all federal funding.

- Why does the School Board ignore the transgender problem in Putnam County schools?
- Why won't Dr. Surrency instruct teachers to set aside Biden's transgender mandates and integrate President Trump's "gender" orders?
- If he has started to take some steps, why is he not being transparent with the community?
