If and when we have 1,000 signatories then we will share the names with the Putnam County School Superintendent (Dr. Rick Surrency) and the Commissioner of the Florida Department of Education (Manny Diaz, Jr), but we will NOT share them with the public. If we must hire an attorney to keep the signatory names confidential then we will.
WHY DO WE ASK YOU TO SIGN THIS PETITION?
We believe TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION is harming some children in our public schools.
Please read the evidence we've found and decide if you agree.
- President Trump's "Gender" Executive Order dated January 20, 2025:
- Woman = adult human female
- Girl = juvenile human female
- Man = adult human male
- Boy = juvenile human male
- Agencies shall take all necessary steps to end the Federal funding of gender ideology.
- Agencies shall remove all policies, regulations, forms, communications, internal and external messages, etc. that promote or otherwise inculcate gender ideology - including the more than dozen Biden Executive Orders that mandated educators to push transgender ideology on students.
- To repeat: If public school teachers were not indoctrinating children into transgender ideology then why would President Trump have had to write Executive Orders to end it?!
- President Trump's "School" Executive Order dated January 29, 2025:
- Teachers are prohibited from influencing children to even consider they are not their birth sex.
- Teachers who socially affirm a confused student are culpable because social affirmation contributes to the social contagion of transgender ideology.
- Teachers who PASSIVELY permit students to be exposed to TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION while in school may also be found to be culpable.
- Do you know of a Putnam County TEACHER (or other school employee) who is promoting - in any way - TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION?
- Examples include but are not limited to:
- Calling the child by the wrong-sex personal pronouns?
- Telling a child it is okay to be whatever gender you want to be?

- President Trump's "Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation" Executive Order dated January 28, 2025 delivers on his campaign promise to protect children from transgender ideology:
- Rescind policies that rely on WPATH
- The Secretary of HHS (RFK, Jr) shall be responsible for improving the health of minors with "gender dysphoria"
- NOTE: Social affirmation is a type of "self-medication" that is a "GATEWAY DRUG" to children seeking out medicalization (puberty blockers, opposite-sex hormones, surgery such as a bilateral mastectomy for a girl or young woman) they day they turn 18 (or younger if they run away to a transgender sanctuary state).
- Do you know of a Putnam County health or medical "professional" (to include a therapist or counselor) who - in any way - is promoting TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION?
- Example include but are not limited to:
- Calling the child by the wrong-sex personal pronouns?
- Telling a child it is okay to be whatever gender you want to be?

- The U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services immediately implemented President Trump's "Gender" Executive Orders.
- The U.S. Dept of Education is in the process.
- FYI: The U.S. uses the ICD-10-code of medical diagnoses, which includes the mental disorder transsexualism (ICD-10-code F64.0).
- The U.S. has not, and will not, adopt ICD-11-codes which have been infiltrated by transgender ideology.
- Dr. Sharon Fair offered a "public comment" at the July 16, 2024 School Board meeting in support of the "Boys are boys, Gilrs are girls" Resolution that had been offered by Board Member Linda Wagner. The Board members discussed the resolution and adopted it. (REFERENCE 1)

- In her March 4, 2025 "public comment," Dr. Sharon Fair summarized President Trump's Executive Orders Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government (Jan. 20, 2025) and Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling (Jan. 29, 2025) as follows:
- Defines woman = adult human female, Girl = juvenile human female, Man = adult human male, Boy = juvenile human male.
- Itemized and cancelled all of Biden'ts EOs that force teachers in every single public school - including those here in Putnam County - to indoctrinate children into transgender ideology
- Directed the Dept. of Education to ERADICATE transgender ideology from public schools.
- Announced that those public school districts who - actively or passively - permit even 1 teacher to - directly or indirectly - promote transgender ideology to students risk losing all federal funding.
- Dr. Fair then urged Superindent Surrency and the rest of the school Board to pro-actively apply them to the schools.

- Instruct teachers to trash Biden’s Executive Orders that push transgender ideology?
- Instruct teachers to immediately implement President Trump’s [gender] Executive Orders?
- Provide additional instruction to all those teachers who were certified to teach by trans-activists, such as Dr. Rebekah Cordova?

Superintendent Surrency's Response
- Why won't Dr. Surrency instruct teachers to set aside Biden's transgender mandates and integrate President Trump's "gender" orders?
- If he has started to take some steps, why is he not being transparent with the community?
(1) The School Board Superintendent should immediately instruct teachers to set-aside (trash) Biden’s policies that push transgender ideology.
- For instance, the Toolkit, which mandates teachers create an "inclusive" environment for children who think they are "transgender."
- In other words, teachers are no longer permitted to contribute to the child's delusion. For instance, they are no longer permitted to refer to them by the wrong-sex personal pronouns.
- The Toolkit is named on page 13 of Biden's Executive Order 14091 February 16, 2023
(2) Concurrently, the School Board Superintendent should instruct teachers to immediately integrate President Trump’s "Gender" Executive Orders into their classrooms.

- For instance, if a girl (and/or a girl's parent) wants the girl to be referred to a "him" or "them" in the classroom then the teacher refuses and notifies the principal of the incident
- If a teacher overhears a girls telling other children that she is a boy, transgender, or non-binary, then the teacher corrects her and notifies the principal of the incident.
(3) The School Board Superintendent should establish a BOYS ARE BOYS, GIRLS ARE GIRLS TASK FORCE.
- The Task Force should include employee and parent representatives from each school.
- Allow the parents to elect one of themselves to chair the Task Force.
(4) On at least a quarterly basis, the School Board Superintendent should notify the community of the findings, analyses & recommendations of the TASK FORCE.
(5) The School Board Superintendent should ensure additional instruction is provided to all those teachers who were certified to teach by trans-activists, such as Dr. Rebekah Cordova.
(6) Throughout the entire process, the School Board Superintendent should be transparent in the steps being taken to eradicate TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION from our public schools.
