1910: Transvestite
- A transvestite cross-dresses (wears the clothing of women) because he wants to appear "womanly"
- A transvestite can be a gay man who is sexually attracted to other men or a heterosexual man with autogynephilia who is sexually attracted to women (or bisexual).
- Note: Historically, there were a small number of females who cross-dressed, but they did so to obtain an occupational position (such as serve in the military), not because of a sexual deviance.

- Hirschfield can be called the father of transvestism and transsexualism and the unwilling grandfather of transgender. (As discussed below, transvestism and transsexualism were rebranded transgender in 1992.)
- However, it can easily be argued that he would not support transgender ideology.
David Oliver Cauldwell (1897 -1959)
- David Cauldwell was born a male in 1897.
- According to this death certificate, he died of cirrhosis of the liver in 1959, at the age of 62 As such, he was likely an alcoholic.
- His sexual orientation is not in the public domain, however, he was married to a woman by the name of Lorene.
- He was a physician and sexologist
- 1949: His paper "Psychopathia Transsexualis" was published by the journal Sexology: 274–280.
- In it, he proposed psychopathia transsexulialis as a mental disorder and did not support physical interventions such as surgery. Clearly, he would not support present day transgender ideology nor "gender affirming care."

Mid-20th century and onwards: Fetishistic Transvestism is recognized as mental illness by the American Psychiatric Association's (APA)
- Since the 1950s/1960s, the American Psychiatric Association's (APA) Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) has classified transvestic fetishism as a mental disorder.
- The 1951 DSM I and/or the 1968 DSM II classified Fetishistic Transvestism as a personality disorder.
- 1980: DSM-III classified transvestic fetishism as a paraphilias under psychosexual disorders for heterosexual males.

- George (Christine) Jorgensen (May 30, 1926 – May 3, 1989)
- Christine Jorgensen was born a male (George) in 1926 and died a male transsexual at age 62.
- He was a homosexual.
- He was engaged to several women, but each wedding was called off.
- He described himself as a "frail, blond, introverted little boy who ran from fistfights and rough-and-tumble games." He worried about his "lack of male physical development" and experienced depression and suicidal ideation.
- Eventually, he decided "nature had made a mistake" and he set out, with the help of Harry Benjamin, to rid himself of his maleness.
- 1950ish: He started taking female hormones.
- 1951: He had an orchiectomy (testicles amputated).
- 1952: He had a penectomy (penis amputated) and a vaginoplasty (fake vagina).
Harry Benjamin (1885-1986)
- Harry Benjamin was born a male in 1885.
- He was a German-American physician (endocrinologist), sexologist, and friend and colleague of Hirschfield.
- Benjamin was married to a woman for 60 years. It has been documented his wife stated that about six months after they were married Harry brought his mother from Germany to live with them and that from then on their bedroom door remained open. From this fact alone, it can be reasonably argued he had a sexual perversion.

MALE TRANSSEXUAL/TRANSGENDER
- Today, many men with the mental illness transsexualism take estrogen drugs and have bilateral chest implants.
- Some have a "tracheal shave," orchiectomy, penectomy and vaginoplasty
- Some men, such as the man in the video, has facial "feminization" surgery.
FEMALE TRANSSEXUAL/TRANSGENDER
- Since the 2000s, the number of girl and young women transsexuals has increased exponentially. (Gentleman, 2022; Tavistock, 2020)
- Many of these females inject testosterone and have bilateral mastectomies.
- Some have a hysterectomy and phalloplasty.
- Women who think / want to be men tend to be macho. Example is depicted in video.
NON-BINARY
- In a 2022 survey, roughly 3% of those aged 18 to 29 self-identify as "non-binary" - that is, they are neither a man nor a woman.
- From anecdotal observation, females are more likely than males to think they are non-binary.
- Even though they consider themselves to be neither sex, some still take an opposite-sex hormone and have surgery to mimic the opposite sex.
Men with autogynephilia and other transgender activists pushed to change the name of the medical diagnosis transsexualism to be changed to Gender Incongruence to get "sex" out of the diagnosis
- The Mental and Behavioural Disorders chapter 2023 11th Revision (ICD-11) of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems eliminated the mental disorders transvestitism and transsexualism and replaced them with "Gender Incongruence of Adolescence and Adulthood."
- As of 2024, the USA has not adopted the ICD-11 and still uses the ICD-10.
- Gender Incongruence is defined as: "a marked and persistent incongruence between an individual's experienced gender and the assigned sex, which often leads to a desire to ‘transition’, in order to live and be accepted as a person of the experienced gender, through hormonal treatment, surgery or other health care services to make the individual's body align, as much as desired and to the extent possible, with the experienced gender."
- Because the USA has not adopted the ICD-11 and still used the ICD-10, it continues to recognize the mental illness transsexualism and does not "officially" recognize gender incongruence as a medical diagnosis.
- In contrast to the ICD-diagnostic coding system, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) added transsexualism to their diagnostic manual (DSM-III) in 1980, changed it to gender incongruence in their DSM-IV in 1994, and changed it yet again to gender dysphoria in their DSM-5 in 2013.
- Regardless of the name of the diagnosis, the man pictured on the right has autogynephilia, a disturbing mental illness.
Research RELATED TO TRANSGENDER IDEOLOGY
- John Money's 1960s unethical experiment (discussed above) is perhaps the the most heinous example of flawed research conducted in the name of transgender ideology.
- The term "transgender girl" or the word "trans-girl," they and their derivatives - such as "trans-girls," "trans-boy," "trans-boys," "trans-woman," "trans-women," "trans-man," "trans-men" - were not used by Money, but are rooted in his flawed theory of "gender identity."
- Pro-transgender research utilizes words like "trans-women" (a man who thinks he is a woman) to manipulate the reader.
- They also use terms like "sex-reassignment surgery" even though it is impossible to change your sex.
- This verbiage has filtered down to society via news shows and magazine articles that allude to the "transgender" research.
- Men who claim to be women (such as those in the video) - and transgender supporters - are adamant that "trans-women" the same as women.
Faulty pro-transgender research is published
- A notable example is a 2022 study in which the authors falsely concluded (claimed) the brains of men who identify as transgender (that is, men who think they are women) are more similar to the brains of women than to the brains of men.
- The graph of their results clearly shows this is not the case. In fact, the brains of men who think they are women appear to be a "malformed" version of the brains of men.
- The title of their study, "Brain sex in transgender women Is shifted towards gender identity," ** was deliberately chosen to mislead the people who blindly accept research rather than scrutinize the methodology, results and conclusion sections to ensure there is not disinformation.
Research that opposes gender ideology is de-platformed
- A notable example: The article "Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria: Parent Reports on 1655 Possible Cases" was published by the Archives of Sexual Behavior in 2023.
- After pushback from transgender activists, it was retracted. The reason cited is the informed consents from the survey responders was not adequate. (Did they fail to dot an "i" or cross a "t"?)
- Meaning, people replied to a survey, but the form the researchers had them sign before they completed the survey was not perfect.
- The survey was completed by parents who had a child who was complaining of gender dysphoria.
- The number of children was 1656 and they were between ages 11 and 21 years.
- Roughly 75% of the children ]were female.
- The male children were older than the females by nearly 2 years.
- The male children were much less likely to have taken steps toward social gender transition (65.7% for females versus 28.6% for males).
- Pre-existing mental health issues were common, and children with these issues were more likely than those without them to have socially and medically transitioned.
- Parents reported that they had often felt pressured by clinicians to affirm their child’s "new gender" and support their "transition."
- According to the parents, their children’s mental health deteriorated considerably after social transition.
PREVALENCE of TRANSGENDER and NON-Binary SKYROCKET
- Of those aged 18 to 29, roughly 2% self-identify as transgender and 3% self-identify as non-binary - that is, they are neither a man nor a woman.
- In contrast, of those aged 30 to 49, 1.6% self-identify as transgender or non-binary.
- And, of those aged 50 and older, only 0.3% self-identify as transgender or non-binary.
