The American Society of Plastic Surgeons does not state they support "gender affirming care." In 2024, they did state there is 'considerable uncertainty as to the long-term efficacy for the use of chest and genital surgical interventions' in children.
For years, England's National Health Service (NHS) gave puberty blockers and opposite sex hormones to children and young people with gender dysphoria, but have stopped. Now, they strongly discourage even "social transition" in children.
For years, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) gave puberty blockers and opposite sex hormones.to children with dysphoria, but stopped the "gender affirming care" mandate in 2024.
In 2022, the National Academy of Medicine (f FanAcadémie Nationale de Médecine) of France voted they do not support "gender affirming care" as a treatment for gender dysphoria.
The Italian Society of Pediatrics (Società Italiana di Ricerca Pediatrica - SIP) does not permit persons with gender identity disorder of any age from obtaining puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones or surgical procedures to mimic the opposite sex.
The Ukrainian Medical Association (currently the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America located in Chicago, IL) has not stated they support people with gender dysphoria of any age obtaining puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones or surgical procedures to mimic the opposite sex.
The Polish Medical Association (Polskiego Towarzystwa Lekarskiego) has not stated they support people with gender dysphoria of any age obtaining puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones or surgical procedures to mimic the opposite sex.
Middle eastern medical associations and countries, such as the Egyptian Medical Syndicate, are against transgender ideology and do not permit persons with gender dysphoria of any age from obtaining puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones or surgical procedures to mimic the opposite sex.
African medical associations and countries, such as Burkina, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia and Uganda, are against transgender ideology and do not permit persons with gender dysphoria of any age from obtaining puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones or surgical procedures to mimic the opposite sex.
Many Asian medical associations and countries are against transgender ideology and do not permit persons with gender dysphoria of any age from obtaining puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones or surgical procedures to mimic the opposite sex.
- A majority of the countries in the world (eg., the USA, Switzerland, many countries in the Middle East, Africa and Asia) and the majority of people in the world reject transgender ideology.
- The transgender cult is as strong as it is only because some powerful and wealthy people (some of whom are men with the mental illness transsexualism) fund it and trans-activists are loud and aggressive. Many of these activists are paid to limit freedom of speech against transgender ideology.
- The position of the USDHHS is that people who do not think they are their birth sex have a mental illness, such as gender identity disorder or transsexualism.
- According to the USDDHS, the appropriate treatment for gender identity disorder and transsexualism is mental therapy to accept one's sex.
- The USDDHS does NOT support "gender affirming care" for children nor adults.
- On May 1, 2025, the Dept of Health & Human Services (USDHHS) published the Treatment for Pediatric Gender Dysphoria.
- The recommended treatment for those who experience gender dysphoria is mental therapy to accept their sex.
- SAMHSA Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (of the USDHHS) does not support the use of "gender affirming care" for those with gender dysphoria
- President Trump's "Gender" Executive Order dated January 20, 2025:
- Woman = adult human female
- Girl = juvenile human female
- Man = adult human male
- Boy = juvenile human male
- Agencies shall take all necessary steps to end the Federal funding of gender ideology.
- Agencies shall remove all policies, regulations, forms, communications, internal and external messages, etc. that promote or otherwise inculcate gender ideology - including the more than dozen Biden Executive Orders that mandated educators to push transgender ideology on students.
- To repeat: If public school teachers were not indoctrinating children into transgender ideology then why would President Trump have had to write Executive Orders to end it?!
- President Trump's "School" Executive Order dated January 29, 2025:
- Teachers are prohibited from influencing children to even consider they are not their birth sex.
- Teachers who socially affirm a confused student are culpable because social affirmation contributes to the social contagion of transgender ideology.
- Teachers who PASSIVELY permit students to be exposed to TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION while in school may also be found to be culpable.
- Do you know of a Putnam County health or medical "professional" (to include a therapist or counselor) who - in any way - is promoting TRANSGENDER SOCIAL CONTAGION?
- Example include but are not limited to:
- Calling the child by the wrong-sex personal pronouns?
- Telling a child it is okay to be whatever gender you want to be?

- President Trump's "Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation" Executive Order dated January 28, 2025 delivers on his campaign promise to protect children from transgender ideology:
- Rescind policies that rely on WPATH
- The Secretary of HHS (RFK, Jr) shall be responsible for improving the health of minors with "gender dysphoria"
- NOTE: Social affirmation is a type of "self-medication" that is a "GATEWAY DRUG" to children seeking out medicalization (puberty blockers, opposite-sex hormones, surgery such as a bilateral mastectomy for a girl or young woman) they day they turn 18 (or younger if they run away to a transgender sanctuary state).
"Transgender Sanctuary States"
- If parents in MN or CA do not "affirm" a child who thinks s/he is transgender then the state will consider that child abuse, take custody, and provide the child "gender affirming care" (puberty blockers, cross sex hormones, surgery) through their state Medicaid.
- MN and CA are also SANCTUARY transgender states for children from the OTHER 48 states - including Florida!
- For instance, if a Florida girl thinks she's transgender (a boy) and her parents do not "confirm" her, then she might run away to MN or CA and the state will deem her Florida parents abusive by not providing "needed gender affirming care."
- MN or CA will then TAKE LEGAL CUSTODY OF THE GIRL.
- MN or CA will then brainwash the girl to have "gender affirming care" to include puberty blockers, opposite sex hormones (testosterone) and surgery (bilateral mastectomy) - paid for by tax payer funded Medicaid.
- Many additional states are also very pro-transgender, such as CO, CT, IL, MD, MA, MI, NJ, VT, WA and D.C.
If your child visits MN or CA (e.g., to attend a summer camp, visit a relative or whatever)...
and is "brainwashed to think s/he is transgender then the state will take custody of your child if you do not "affirm" him or her. MN or CA will then force "gender affirming care" (drugs and surgery) on your child - paid for by tax payer funded Medicaid.
