Weight Managment
- A physical therapist (PT) examines the client's body composition and fitness status, including his/her exercise and nutritional habits.
- Following the examination, the PT educates the client in nutrition, exercise, and weight (body composition) management.
- Cost: $150 first hour, $100 each additional hour.
Body Composition Test
- Body composition testing is performed to determine the percent of fat mass versus the percent of lean body mass.
Fitness Test
- The fitness examination includes tests to determine the client's maximal oxygen consumption (aka stamina), muscular strength and flexibility.
